How do I contact GreyMuzzle support?

Email support@glxystudio.com. For app-specific issues, include the account email used in GreyMuzzle, your device platform, and a short description of what happened.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store where you subscribed. On iPhone, open Settings > your Apple Account name > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play. For Apple purchases, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, use your Play Store order history or Google Play support.

How do I restore purchases?

Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the app's subscription or settings screen.

How do I get an invoice or receipt?

Apple and Google send receipts to the email address connected to your store account. You can also view purchase history through your Apple Account or Google Play account.

How do I delete my account or app data?

Use the account or data controls available in the GreyMuzzle app. If you need help, contact support from the email address connected to your account. Deleting app data does not automatically cancel an app store subscription.

Is GreyMuzzle medical advice?

No. GreyMuzzle helps organize medication, health logs, trends, and vet-ready notes for senior dog care. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional veterinary care.
