How GreyMuzzle handles senior dog care data, user-submitted content, app permissions, subscriptions, deletion requests, and support contact details.
At GreyMuzzle, we are committed to transparent and responsible data handling for senior dog care workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app and website may process, how that data is used, when store or infrastructure providers are involved, and how to contact us about privacy or deletion requests.
1. Data we collect and how we use it
Depending on the features you choose to use, GreyMuzzle may process the following data only as needed to provide the requested feature:
- Pet profile and care records: Dog profiles, medication schedules, dose history, health logs, symptoms, comfort notes, mobility notes, appetite notes, and vet-report content you enter in the app.
- User-submitted content: Photos, text notes, and other pet-related content you choose to add so GreyMuzzle can organize, display, summarize, or export your senior dog care records.
- Account and app state: Account identifiers, app settings, subscription entitlement state, restore-purchase state, and support context needed to keep the app working.
- Usage and diagnostics: Limited technical information needed to keep the app and website reliable, understand aggregate usage, and troubleshoot support requests.
- We do not sell personal data.
2. AI-assisted features and user-submitted content
Some GreyMuzzle features may use AI-assisted or automated processing when you actively choose to generate summaries, organize care context, or use similar app functionality.
- AI-assisted processing is used to provide the requested feature, such as summarizing health logs or preparing vet-ready context.
- We do not sell submitted content and do not use it to track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising.
- If a feature requires third-party infrastructure to process content, that processing is limited to operating and supporting the feature you requested.
3. Payments and subscriptions
We do not collect, store, or process your credit card or bank information. Payments are handled by Apple App Store for iOS purchases and Google Play for Android purchases.
- Subscription status may be validated through RevenueCat or a similar subscription validation service so you receive the premium features you paid for.
- Apple and Google may provide purchase state, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, or region-related information needed for billing and restore-purchase flows.
4. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
We do not sell user data and do not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising. The website may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance.
5. Device permissions
- Camera and photos: Used only when you choose to add pet photos or related media.
- Storage: Used to save, export, or display records and uploaded media.
- You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide app features, maintain account or purchase access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, support security, or troubleshoot support requests. You may request deletion of data associated with your app account or support request by contacting us.
